Do not use Birdeye. I could not recommend enough to avoid this service! We tried them for 1 year after aggressive sales that lied to us sell it on Dec 30 as fast as possible. That was a mistake! Dont let them push you into it.

The service is horrible, at first they will support you then they drop you and soon you get a terrible rep after 3 months that is awful. On top of that the listings themselves are terrible and do not help SEO. Avoid birdeye at all costs.

On top of that they have a 1 year contract min, I had a lawyer look at it and the contract is awful, really vague it gives them full control and you have no say to cancel even if service is horrible they say it isn't their fault.

They lock you in, when you add a business they have an app for reviews which is a great idea but businesses just never use it, we asked. So avoid. Once a business is added it is a pain to remove so just don't do it in the first place. I cant say how bad they are. We are an agency and have worked with many and they are by far the worst.

Legal got involved on their end, we had a card on file that we just stopped paying as it was cancelled, we also sent in certified letter stating about cancellation and they say nothing. Like they never got it. I cant believe them. Plus you have to notify 60 days prior to 1 year or it renews. I cant even handle this, it is a nightmare.

Unauthorized Listing of Reviews: One of my primary concerns was that Birdeye seemed to place reviews on my business listing without my explicit permission. This practice made me uncomfortable as it impacts how my business is represented online.

Transparency Issues: I felt there was a lack of transparency regarding how reviews were sourced and displayed. As a business owner, I value having control over the content associated with my brand.

NEVER! I was with the for 6 years at 2200.00 per year until I found out that I can just pull up my company name on google and send reviews from there for free. I did not renew this year and they charged my card without authorization and I am having to dispute it. The always sent me an email to renew every year but this year I didn't use it and I guess they knew I wasn't going to renew so they just charged my card without approval. The card they charged was an outdated card also. They call me daily saying that I owe them and they are fighting my charge dispute. NEVER USE THEM!!
