The company AmeriPro Roofing has faced lawsuits and numerous consumer complaints, some of which allege fraudulent or misleading business practices that have drawn the attention from the IL Attorney General's office. Many of these issues reportedly occurred under its previous name, American Dream Home Improvement.

Fraud and misrepresentation: The Illinois Attorney General filed a lawsuit against American Dream Home Improvement, the company's former name, for allegedly defrauding and misleading customers.
