All Major Restorations
In the contracting industry, reputation is everything. Clients rely on contractors to deliver quality work, adhere to deadlines, and maintain transparency. When a contractor frequently changes their business name, it can be a sign of deeper issues. The phrase, “actions speak louder than words,” rings true here. A name change may symbolize a desire to escape past mistakes or to reinvent a tarnished image.
All Major Restorations, a contracting company based in Davenport, IA, serves as a striking example of this phenomenon. Led by owner Alex Mayorga, the company has undergone several rebranding efforts over the years. Each name change has been accompanied by a fresh marketing campaign, promising exceptional service and high-quality results.
Rebranding can be a legitimate business strategy. However, when it occurs every few years, it raises eyebrows. In the case of All Major Restorations, this pattern suggests something more than just a marketing refresh. It hints at a history of unfulfilled promises, poor workmanship, or a trail of dissatisfied clients.

All Major Restorations LLC Reviews
Save yourself the headache of working with this company! We used them for major repairs in April, after a hail storm. Not only did they NOT complete the work, we are left to find a reputable siding company, as they took the money towards a siding job they had NO intention of completing. After filing a complaint with the BBB, we are forced to seek legal action. The company has split, and is operating under 2 names that we are aware of, so they are busy ripping off other home owners in the area.
Out of business, changed name of company to Storm Recovery Roofing & Siding learn more here, and his brother Javier Mayorga owns Mayorga Home improvements learn more here.

Adviser1 does not recommend using All Major Restorations for your construction needs, if a company is willing to not satisfy their clients, not complete jobs, and change their company name every time they get into trouble, what's to say they won't do it again?
